Once your order has been collected by the courier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the transportation of the parcel rests with the courier. Makoye Gift will assist customers in tracking parcels and resolving delivery issues where possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times or accept liability for delays caused by third-party courier services.

At Makoye Gift, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. To maintain reliable service, deliveries are conducted during the following operating hours:

• Monday to Friday: Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 17:00.
  
• Saturday: Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 12:00.
  
• Sundays : No deliveries are scheduled.
  

Orders that are not ready for dispatch before the daily delivery cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

• Personalized products are created specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.
  
• Please review all names, dates, spellings, and artwork carefully before approving your order, as production begins using the information you provide.
